Graduate students of the Family Education and Counseling Department Master’s Program come from different professions in the relevant field. The multidisciplinary interaction of students provides our students with a significant learning opportunity to expand their academic and professional scope. The Family Education and Counseling Master’s Program emphasizes helping students integrate theoretical concepts with practice. Our course program focuses on the acquisition of basic theories and knowledge regarding Family Education and Counseling and also focuses on the application of the acquired knowledge in different settings. In the Family Education and Counseling Master’s Program, our courses are conducted by well-known faculty members who are experts in different fields of expertise in family education and family counseling. Our faculty members use different teaching methods, including experiential learning, small group discussions, live demonstrations, observations, and a variety of presentations.

Message from the Head of Department for New Candidates
Family Education and Counseling Department Master’s Program contributes to the continuation of postgraduate studies and the advancement of professional knowledge and competencies. Knows the basic knowledge and concepts about Family Education and Counseling, establishes relationships between facts and concepts, develops and implements them, assimilates information about the programs, strategies, methods and techniques, and evaluation of trainings related to family education and counseling. Our main goal is to train academicians, consultants and researchers who apply techniques, follow the information in their field using their own language or a foreign language, collaborate with colleagues, and improve themselves individually while contributing directly to the development of their field through scientific research.
